Eggers is a creative factory that develops cross-media projects by bringing together different professionals and skills. A container full of energy, where everything takes place in a space that facilitates sharing and experimentation.
THE CONTEST
Eggers was born as a place to bring talents together, and it does so every year through the launch of a creative contest.
In collaboration with several universities in Italy we select the best talents who, together with the permanent crew, create the new team.
The winners work with us for a year to develop their potential and contaminate the others in the team.
A model for the new generation to grow and grow, in turn, with them.
