EGGERS IS NOT A NORMAL WORKPLACE,
IS NOT A SCHOOL, AND NEITHER IS IT AN INTERNSHIP.

Eggers is a creative Factory far from any existing model of communication agency, an incubator of young talents offering innovative cross-media and transmedia communication projects.

Every year we select young talents through a contest who become part of the Factory for a year, working alongside the team of professionals. The aim is to nurture new generations and to grow and innovate with them.

There are those who come from far away, there are those who stop to continue hatching eggs with us, there are those who after the experience in the henhouse take flight towards new adventures. There are so many Eggers that we have met over the course of time and who have shared a year with us to deepen their interests, sense skills, learn new techniques, hone skills, orient themselves, support and endure.

OUR CAFFÈ 2.0

One of the best opportunities to visit us, get ideas and offer contributions are our Caffès 2.0: meetings with personalities from the entertainment industry, writers, journalists and managers from big companies, all with the desire to tell their stories.
